Me, my #broadwaybuddy and our friend Brett went to see Carrie which was performed at MCC Theater - The Lucille Lortel Theatre. To our dismay, we really liked it!! When you get a chance to see Marin Mazzie in anything, you usually don't pass it up. We knew that if she signed on to do this show, she must believe in it and she was right, it was good. Molly Ranson (Carrie) did a great job in her role. You felt sad for her, your routed for her and you were a little scared of her. Overall, this show reminded me that not every good show is near 42nd St. Unfortunately, not enough people agreed with us and the show closed two weeks ahead of it's scheduled closing.
